Politakis Olive Mill – A Family Legacy of Quality In the heart of Crete, Politakis Olive Mill is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in tradition and a strong commitment to producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Our story began in 1950, when Grandfather Konstantinos Politakis established one of the first privately-owned olive mills in the wider region.
All of our packaged olive oils come exclusively from privately-owned olive groves of the Politakis family, ensuring full control over every stage of production — from tree to bottle. This presentation highlights the 3 main types of Extra Virgin Olive Oil we produce — each with its own personality, flavor profile, and nutritional value.
